Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)

Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you." And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained."

—John 20:21-23

In their formation, Catholic youth must receive the sacraments that turn them toward God. Thus is the very clear expression you will find before the sacrament of Reconciliation to receive your communion. One is the first reception of the sacrament of Reconciliation: This is the true reconciliation with God and with the Church.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
gives a thorough explanation on the topic to reception 1422-1498. Please study these passages thoroughly to enrich your understanding of sin and conversion. The meaning of God's mercy is discussed very thoroughly. God wants each and every one to turn to him in contrition. This is why He forgave us.

It can be easiest to bad sin or a conscience after reaching this Sacrament. Please know that you pinions are here to love you.

It is a physical check, kneel down before a bond. These is nothing to be fearful of: God's grace is abundant; fellow: they try God first love you.

Examination of Conscience

An examination of conscience is a prayerful reflection on our actions, attitudes, and omissions in light of God's commandments and the teachings of the Church. It helps us identify areas where we've fallen short and prepares our hearts for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

TESTIMONIES

" Being involved with Saint Ambrose makes a lot of sense. It's a way to work together and support our community. For me it is the right thing to do and when you do the right thing, the rest follows. Saint Ambrose has been a good partner for my company and is good for our community.
