The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a powerful gift during Lent, restoring the grace of friendship with God and bringing healing, peace, and renewal to our souls.
Examination of conscience resources help us prayerfully reflect on our thoughts, words, and actions in light of God’s love and the teachings of the Church. These guides gently lead us through key areas of our lives—our relationship with God, others, and ourselves—so we can prepare honestly and fruitfully for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
